Eine ganz besondere Aktion mit Frauen aus dem Projekt ‘Nur mit uns’ hatte letztes Jahr die Flüchtlingsinitiative Komm mit ihrem Kooperationspartner SkF e.V. Bergisch Land durchgeführt:
Einen ganzen Tag lang waren mit dem Fotostudio Tempel of Art in Heckinghausen professionelle Fotos erstellt worden zum Thema „Starke Frauen“. Jetzt sind die Bilder in der Sparkasse Elberfeld zu sehen.
Nicht nur Fotos, sondern auch dazugehörige Interviews mit den fotografierten Frauen kann man dort besichtigen. In einem kurzen Text erzählen Frauen aus ganz unterschiedlichen Ländern von ihrem Leben und warum sie sich als stark empfinden. Bei den Frauen handelte es sich vor allem um Migrantinnen, die im Projekt ‘Nur mit uns’ teilnehmen. Redakteurin Stephanie Spichala hatte die Interviews durchgeführt und die Texte geordnet.

In der Wuppertaler Sparkasse Elberfeld (Islandufer 15) hängen nun großformatige ausgewählte Bilder – und auf einem Monitor mit durchlaufenden Frauen-Porträts lassen sich noch mehr Fotografien sehen.
Die Ausstellung läuft noch bis Ende Oktober.

Die Fotos findet ihr im großen Sparkassengebäude an der Wupper, wenn ihr durch den linken Eingang geht (nicht durch den Haupteingang) – dort im linken Teil ist dann hinter den Bank-Automaten die Foyer-Galerie.
